 The Ghananand health foundation donated food items, toilettories, veronica buckets among others to the Osu Children’s home on 29th December, 2020 , to put a smile on the faces of these orphans during the festive season.

 Ghananand Health Foundation shows Love to the Department of Child Health of the Korle-Bu Teaching hosptal today,Monday, 18th January,2021.

We donated Medications to help treat the Children especially those whose parents can’t afford medications for their treatment.

 GHANANAND HEALTH FOUNDATION on Sunday, January 31, 2021 provided free health screening during its launch for over 50 people at Odorkor in the Greater Accra Region.

The exercise was organized to, while introducing the Foundation to the public, identify those with high risk of health conditions so early intervention is initiated to reduce the further comorbidities and worsening of their conditions.

Over 50 beneficiaries were mainly less privileged including widows, people with disabilities, single parents, orphans, aged and children. They were screened for hepatitis, hypertension, diabetes, malaria, eye related diseases among others – and provided with free medications, others who needed special attention were counseled and referred.
Health Education on COVID-19 and other health conditions were also given to enable people take necessary precautions to protect themselves.

 Ghananand Health Foundation in Partnership with the Aims Hospital provided Free Health Screening Services for the people of Odorkor in Accra on Sunday, 2nd May, 2021.

The Purpose of the Health Screening Programme was to identify people who are at higher risk of a health condition such as Hypertension and diabetes, so that an early intervention can be initiated to reduce further comorbidities such as stroke, heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases.

Eye Screening and Laboratory services were also provided during the Health Screening Programme.

Beneficiaries of the Health Screening Programme were also educated on Covid-19 Preventive Measures to empower them to observe all Covid-19 Safety Protocols and also get vaccinated in order to protect themselves and their families.

 On 28th May, 2021, we join the world to celebrate World Menstrual Hygiene Day!
The essence of this celebration is to create awareness on good menstrual hygiene management and to change negative stigmas surrounding menstruation.

This year’s Menstrual Hygiene Day is calling for more action and investment in menstrual health and hygiene now!

Ghananand Health Foundation commemorated this year’s World Menstrual Hygiene Day with some students of the St. Mary’s Senior High School in Accra by educating them on good menstrual hygiene and also giving out free Sanitary Pads to them.

The Entire GHF HEALTH SCREENING TEAM including Dr. Abayateye and his team of Medical Doctors, the nurses, opthalmologist , health educators and all the supporting team members.
